This might be the most famous sauna in Finland...? Or at least among the photographers... I've seen so many pics of this and for so many years been on my way to take one myself... Finally I made it there! It's also called the Drunken Sauna... Wonder why...

Venue

Lahnajärvi was a legendary venue since 1952 to have a rest and coffee by the road between Helsinki and Turku. It was closed 2008 due to the new highway and was abandoned for a few years. Since September the Restaurant has been newly opened and also the swimming area is now waiting for new life to start! This is great!
